OREO CAKE POP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
• 5 oz cream cheese (140g)
• 24 Oreo cookies
• 5 oz meltable white chocolate
• Sprinkles (optional)
• Lollipop sticks (optional - you can make them into ball bites if not)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature and add into mixing bowl
Add Oreos into a plastic bag, food processor (or I used my nutribullet - but only do a few at a time) - crush/blend them until powder
Add Oreo crumbles into cream cheese and mix together completely
Make small balls with the Oreo cream cheese batter
Put Oreo balls in the freezer for 15 minutes
Follow meltable instructions and have ready for dipping
Dip Oreo ball using the lollipop stick (or fork) into melted chocolate
Decorate with sprinkles or chocolate drizzle
